Gold Vision Service Warranty

Every PDi product comes with a standard 2-Year Warranty and customers have the option to purchase the Gold Vision Service (GVS) Warranty. The GVS manufacturer’s warranty has your back for 4 years.

Local standard support for PDi’s standard warranty provided by your PDi Distributor or authorized servicer for GVS. PDi takes time to train our distributors to understand our products well to assist you when issues arise.

When a device is defective PDi’s in-house repair center will get it back in working order for you. If product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new or refurbished unit.

Can’t ship your product to PDi for repair? Then PDi can come to you. Our experienced on-site technicians support our local distributors for inspections, repairs and upgrades. Call for details.
