Description

Responsibilities:

Test and troubleshoot all new PDi products for quality and functionality.
• Work with development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management
• Set up test environments, identify new test methodologies, create standardized test plans, develop automated test systems.
• Test all aspects of product/system design including function/component, system performance, software regression and serviceability.
• Provide feedback on usability, serviceability and quality risk to development team and management.
• Recommend, monitor, and maintain test equipment.
• Envision and create the future of product testing at PDi.

Qualifications:

A 2- or 4-year degree in engineering
• A minimum of three years’ experience in product test and troubleshooting
• Experience in test software (C, .NET, LabView)
• Experience in test system design and automation
• Experience with RF measurement and spectrum analysis
• Experience with Android and Linux
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
• Willingness to work in a team as well as independently
• Preferable to have a background in the Cable and/or Broadcast TV industry
• Ability to withstand moderate amounts of stress and meet deadlines
