Responsibilities:

The inside sales representative responds to marketing leads to identify customer’s needs and requirements, answers product questions, and collects information to help identify the appropriate PDi solution. Place calls to potential customers to drive awareness of the PDi brand and products. Communicate why we stand above the competition by educating customer on our features and benefits. Maintain customer record in PDi’s marketing/CRM system. Project a professional company image at all times.

  • Work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel.
    • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
    • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
    • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
    • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
    • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements and to make suggestions about PDi solutions
    • Educate customers on PDi’s products and services
    • Schedule appointments for meetings with prospective customers and schedule customers and influencers to attend online webinars and sales presentations.
    • Provide customers with marketing and sales materials and information.

 

Qualifications:

Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to convey information effectively.

  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Able to withstand moderate amounts of stress
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.

Work Hours: 8am to 430pm Mon thru Fri

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-3 years working in customer service or 1-3 years work or internship experience within a technical environment preferred
  • Good computer and phone skills, including Microsoft Office, Internet and e-mail required
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required
