Description

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

The Digital Growth Marketing Specialist is the core demand-generation engine and digital authority driver for PDi. This hybrid role bridges creative storytelling, search engine evolution (SEO/AEO), and analytical media buying.

Join a full-funnel, agile small business marketing team where you will make a strategic impact rather than running a high-volume "content mill". Your objective is to increase brand awareness, to capture high-intent demand, and convert that traffic into qualified sales pipelines. Write from an authentic, first-person brand perspective that builds immediate credibility with our core decision-makers, including hospital IT directors, nursing executive leadership, and facility managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Engineering & AEO Strategy:

  • Write 1–2 high-leverage, authoritative blog posts per month. Structure content for AI ingestion, featured snippets, and LLM citations across Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Copilot.
  • Develop one comprehensive core campaign asset per quarter, owning the full conversion path (landing page, Hubspot automations, thank-you page, workflow email sequence, and promotional copy).
  • Monitor organic visibility and own search KPIs, maintaining brand authority across both traditional search and generative AI engines.
  • Maintain tone and deep alignment across 5 target buyer personas and their specific buyer journey stages.

Lifecycle Marketing & Nurturing:

  • Collaborate closely with inside sales and product management to align messaging with real-world buyer pain points and product launches.
  • Build and deploy weekly email marketing campaigns and automated lead-nurturing workflows in HubSpot to accelerate pipeline velocity.

Paid Acquisition & PPC Management:

  • Architect, manage, and optimize daily B2B PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Actively manage ad budgets, perform A/B testing, and optimize for Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Ensure closed-loop conversion tracking between ad platforms and HubSpot to monitor leads from initial click to pipeline creation.

Qualifications:

  • Hubspot CRM experience a plus
