The PDi-PORTAL is your access point to configure your Interactive Patient System (IPS) and control your PDi Android™ based displays from anywhere. This remote device manager gives you the power to:

  • Access the cloud-based portal anytime, anywhere you have internet.
  • Send messages to individual PDi patient devices or all devices
  • Lock devices remotely
  • Turn camera On/OFF on devices
  • Set and reset the owner profile passcode on devices
  • Reboot devices from anywhere

Android Implementation

The PDi Interactive Patient System (IPS) is an Android-based system delivered through the TAB2, P19 and our Android Module for E-Series televisions. This system allows the patient to create a personal profile and gives them access to Android applications and software along with any custom apps selected by the facility.

Before implementation, PDi will conduct a Pre-Sale Survey that will set your initial preferences for the operating system, hardware, wiring and establish limitations to specified devices. Once implementation services have been purchased and after install, a PDi technician will come to your facility to set up devices to your desired specifications, inspect and troubleshoot any glitches so it’s ready for staff and patient use.

Staff Training

You won’t be alone when your Interactive Patient System (IPS) goes live. Once the setup of the facility’s devices is complete the PDi-IPS technician will begin to train your staff and IT Department to ensure they are comfortable to effectively use the system.
